The prism display concept of watches by Manufacture Contemporaine du Temps has remained the same, extraordinarily original system since it was first invented. Using a movement that was designed and manufactured entirely in-house, MCT displays digital hours on four blocks made up of five triangular prisms. Every sixty minutes, an arc rotates 90° to highlight the current hour. As the prisms turn, each new hour is brought into view at exactly the right time. Minutes are displayed by a classic central hand. The 46.4 mm-diameter round case with its sapphire crystal glassbox gives the Sequential Two S210 its unique style. Components and prisms are highlighted by meticulous finishing. This uncompromising design is set in motion by an off-centre micro-rotor in gold.
